Determination… The beginning of my challenge.

Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction, because excuses don’t burn calories.

This is my motto for the month of January.  I start my Advocare 24 day challenge today.  I will keep you posted on my progress, stats, feelings, and so on.  Right now I’m feeling hungry.  I did a last minute splurge on cereal last night knowing that I wouldn’t be having any for the next 24 days.  Granted it is Special K Fruit & Yogurt, but still, can’t have it.  It’s my favorite thing in the world, other than my kiddos of course.  I love it, I love milk, I love cereal and I love Special K.  Instead of dinner, I have Special K.  No I am not getting paid for this advertisement, I just LOVE SPECIAL K.

I weighed in this morning. (187.2)  Bleh! Who starts their weekend off Friday morning by weighing themselves? ME!  Who also took their before pics this morning in a sports bra and shorts??? ME.  Self torture, it’s all I need as motivation.  Like I’ve told you all, I will not subject you to my before photos, UNTIL I have a sweet ass after photo… in a bikini, with abs, and a boob job. : )

This time around I am more prepared for this challenge.  I wrote out my food schedule so I didn’t forget any of my supplements.  The first 10 days are the cleanse, the next are the maintenance basically.  I have done it before after I had my first child, had decent results and I only followed it about 75% and quit on day 18, QUITTER!  This time, I will not quit and I am very much going to try for 100% loyalty.  No Cheating.  I will only be cheating myself if I eat crap.

Eat crap and you feel like crap.  I know this first hand.  I am motivated this time not only to look better but to feel better also.  I want to get into my old clothes, and I am tired of standing in my closet trying on 100 different tops trying to find something that doesn’t “make me look fat”.  Which isn’t hard to do right now : )

Will update on my progress next Friday.  I know you will all be sitting on the edge of your seats waiting.

    • YES WE CAN!! Let me know how yours is going. I am out of town this weekend, which makes it harder, but I have actually written down every single step/food/supplement that I am supposed to do throughout the whole day so I don’t miss anything.
