What a crazy time right now. So busy with the holidays, working, littles one, and just non stop movement. I am having a hard time stopping to get on here and share all of these fabulous recipes with you. I am managing to get my weekly menus done, but just barely.
If I could just get a few hours to myself one day then I would plan and write posts for weeks out, but that just don’t happen.
Anyway. I went to a baking class this weekend, and cannot wait to share the recipes that I learned with you.
Sunday: Toasted Raviolis
Monday: Cajun chicken Alfredo, with steamed veggies
Tuesday: Grilled marinated flank steak, with roasted veggies
Wednesday: Baked Crunchy Ranch Pork chops
Thursday: Baked Italian Chicken, with steamed veggies
Friday: Leftovers, hopefully. Lately we haven’t been having many leftovers, guess that is a good thing though ; )
