I am cooking from my fridge, freezer, and pantry this week. I scoured what we had sitting around to come up with these dishes this week so I could go to the store and buy as little “dinner” items as possible.
Monday: Pecan Crusted Tilapia
Tuesday: Bean and Cheese Enchiladas
Wednesday: Chicken, Potato and Green Bean Bake
Thursday: Grilled Sammies with tomato soup
Friday: NOT cooking dinner, as I will be attending a Pinterest Party!
Saturday: Crockpot BBQ Ribs
