This was such a quick throw together meal. I made extras for the husband to take to work, and for me to eat tonight while he ate his sausage and peppers. These particular meatballs were frozen from a bag. I know, I know, everything can’t be homemade all the time okay! I did however make my own marinara sauce to cook them in, that counts for something right. I just found a basic recipe online and tossed the ingredients into the crock pot the day before we had planned to eat it these subs.
There really isn’t a “recipe” to this. I just wanted to share with you how easy it is to throw it together. Sometimes we forgot some of the easiest meals that are right at our finger tips.
Spaghetti/ marinara sauce
Choice of cheese (I used a sliced mozzarella and a grated parmesan cheese)

This is really easy to make ahead of time, you can make spaghetti and meatballs on monday and make extra meatballs for meatball subs later in the week, or even take the leftovers to lunch and make your sub at work.
