I’ve been MIA this weekend. We have been super busy both days, but the good busy. Fun times! I am also still having trouble with bedtime. Once I get it quiet upstairs, I’m too pooped to do anything else. Please forgive me. This brings me to my meal plan for the week.
Last weekend I actually planned, and shopped for two weeks!! My goal is to work my way to a month, if that’s possible. I would like to be consistently planning for 2 weeks, but I tried it last weekend because I knew how busy I would be this weekend, and I didn’t want to not get it done. Plus, one shopping trip is always a money-saving plus.
Monday: Swedish Style Turkey Meatballs, with roasted ranch potatoes
Tuesday: Poppy Seed Chicken, with rice and steamed veggies
Wednesday: Baked creamy chicken taquitos
Thursday: Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, with roasted brocoli
