Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

Honestly… this could hardly be called a “recipe”, this is more like a technique.  Tonight I had a spread!  A huge spread and it was awesome.  I made the 7 minute pork loin, seasoned black beans, steamed broccoli, and the star of tonight’s show some oven roasted corn on the cob.

Ingredients, corn on the cob and an oven.  Done.  350 degrees, 30 minutes, in the husk, directly on the oven rack.  Do not shuck these cobs, just drop them straight on the rack.

Don’t judge my dirty oven… it really doesn’t look that dirty in real life but this picture says otherwise : /  Eeew.

Anyway, it was so good. Sweet, tender, buttery, and delicious.

Once I pulled them out, I shucked them and slathered them in butter.  I mean, what else would you do, right?

This paired perfectly with the pork loin.  Best part of it is there are no dishes involved.  Nothing to clean.  Just eat.  It’s a good thing because we couldn’t resist it too long.

Everyone loved it!
