Tonight I had my family over, and what better way to please everyone, than with BACON! This recipe is very easy, and not very precise.
- Chicken Breasts
- Brown Sugar
- Chili Powder
- Cooking Spray
Cut chicken breasts into 3 “Strips”. Sprinkle pile o’ chicken with chili powder, generously, depending on how spicy you would like it. I sprinkled generously on both sides, and it wasn’t spicy enough. So pile it on. Wrap each piece with bacon. Then dip around in a plate full of brown sugar. Place in your pre-sprayed baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp enough for you. The time will also depend on how big your chicken strips are.
