The name says enough really. There is chocolate and there is peanut butter. Do you really need to know anything else?
Best Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Butter, softened
2.5 Cups Flour (all purpose)
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Chocolate Chips, I used milk chocolate and they were perfect
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars in your bowl/ stand mixer. Add in eggs, and beat. Stir together flour and baking soda, and slowly add to creamed mixture. Beat just until evenly mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll into one inch balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Use two fingers to gently press down. Bake 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. They will not look done at 12 minutes, but pull them out anyways. They will be perfectly chewy.
I used parchment paper, just to be sure nothing stuck. These are so yummy, and not overpoweringly peanut buttery. They were just right.
